Day Care

La•De•Da Pet Spa offers both indoor and outdoor facilities, covering over 10,200  playable square feet to allow your pet to make the most of their day at the spa.

Your dog's Day Care experience begins with an introductory session. During this first session, your dog will be monitored closely and assessed for temperament, personality, energy level and size. The experienced staff will then match your dog in the appropriate play group to best suit his needs and maximize his experience at La•De•Da.		 day_care_photos_2009_014

Observation of the dogs at play does not stop there. Physical supervision by a La•De•Da certified and  well-trained staff member as well as video monitors of every area ensure safe, interactive play and socialization.

Proud dog parents can also watch their kids play during the day with our web cams.

Because of the close supervision, should a compatibility issue arise, intervention is immediate. Alternative play groups are explored until a positive match is found.

Should mild behavioral issues arise, a "time-out" is instituted to avoid an escalation of tension and correct bad conduct. Should a dog exhibit severe behavior or aggression, a "strike" will be recorded on the dog's record. Three "strikes" against a dog will result in expulsion from the Day Care Program.

Records are kept on each dog to ensure continuity between staff and to aid in pinpointing escalating issues whether they be behavioral or medical.

We have four areas for daycare dogs:

K-9 Lounge

Typically for less energetic or reserved dogs. Those that enjoy the couches and watching Oprah and Jerry Springer on TV.		 k9lounge

K- Gym

For those dogs that are energetic and playful and enjoy good rough-and-tumble hearty play with dogs just like themselves.

Office Areas

Dogs with special needs are invited to curl up on soft beds at the feet of their ever-attentive human friends and care-takers.

Special needs include, but are not limited to, dogs recovering from illness or surgery, old age, etc.

Outdoor Play Yard


During outdoor playtime, your dog will enjoy the fresh air, shaded areas and plenty of room to exercise with his/her buddies throughout the day. A 10-foot concrete wall surrounds the outdoor play area providing the utmost in safety and security.

Your dog's comfort are our first concern. Our indoor facilities are air-conditioned during the warmer months of the year. For outside cooling comfort, as well as added enjoyment, we provide wading pools and a "Mr. Misty" cooling sprinkler system all summer long.		 day_care_photos_2009_062
