FAQs

1. How long will it take for my dog to be groomed?
The coat length, condition and behavior of your pet will determine the time it takes for grooming. The average time is approximately 2 hours.

2. Do you trim nails and clean ears?
Yes, these services are provided with our full or mini spa's or can be provided while your dog is in daycare.

3. What products do you use for grooming?
Depending on the condition of your dog's coat we use a variety of products to relieve problem skin conditions including dry itchy areas, hot spots, allergies and fleas (see our grooming section for more info).

4. How often should my dog be groomed?
The length and condition of your dog's coat will determine the frequency of grooming. We recommend every 4-6 weeks to keep your pet in the best shape. See our how to save section for discounts for regular customers.

Yes, an additional charge for 1/2 day of doggie day care is applied and your dog must have proof of vaccination for rabies, distemper, parvo and intra-trac (kennel cough).

6. What types of dogs will my dog play with while in day care?
All new day care "kids" have a pre-screening and enrollment form completed prior to interacting with our current day care groups. All dogs are placed by size, personality, energy level into a group where they can be safe and happy.
